Advertiser/Partner agrees not to solicit, induce, hire or otherwise encourage AdCloud Inc.s contractors, employees, agents, officers, or assigns to leave the employment of AdCloud Inc, hire said employees, agents, officers, assigns either as contractors or employees or encourage others to do so, for a period of six months from the termination of this agreement with AdCloud Inc.

No License

Except as set out in any agreement we have with you, nothing contained on our website confers any license, right, title, or interest in or to our intellectual property or any third-party's intellectual property (including but not limited to patents, copyrights and trademarks) in any form by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
